zzko Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These terms govern your use of zzko and form a binding agreement between you and the platform.
Welcome to zzko. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zzko ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the zzko website, games, betting services, promotions, and any other features offered at https://zzko.org. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You must be at least 21 years old to register and use zzko. Age verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed.
One Account Per Person
Each user may hold only one zzko account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
Payments in Bangladeshi Taka
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements
All promotional offers, including the welcome bonus and free spins, are subject to wagering requirements and rollover conditions stated in the individual offer terms.
Account Security is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zzko will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your password.
Fair Play Policy
All games on zzko use certified RNG systems. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software bugs, or engage in collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To register and use the zzko Platform you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

zzko reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Misrepresentation of age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the zzko Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, device, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited. All accounts are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures, which may require submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. zzko will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorized by you. Report any suspected unauthorized access to [email protected] immediately.
Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of remaining balance. zzko may also close accounts for breach of these Terms, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. zzko may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances or close such accounts in accordance with applicable internal procedures, with prior notification to the registered contact address.
All financial transactions on zzko are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval).
- Deposits are generally credited to your zzko account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Processing times may vary by payment method and are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of approval.
zzko does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time the withdrawal request is submitted. zzko will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits on the same account, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
zzko offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered members. All bonuses are optional. By claiming a bonus or opting into a promotion, you agree to the specific wagering requirements and rollover conditions attached to that offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:
Welcome Bonus

Reload and Seasonal Offers

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bots, or making deposits with the sole intent of claiming a bonus without genuine play — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

All content on the zzko Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of zzko or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zzko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if zzko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
zzko does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, zzko reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.
zzko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. zzko operates as a safe and reliable platform and endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or bonus, you should contact our support team in the first instance. zzko will investigate all complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Players acknowledge that gambling activities are undertaken voluntarily and at their own risk.
